The Paddock Returns!

Look lively Edinburgh, it’s time for Old Towns favourite outdoor space to open for spring and summer once again. Never let it be said that Edinburgh can’t do al fresco dining every bit as well as out continental neighbours – the paddock is finally open!

Biddy Mulligans will be dishing up the usual tasty food to the tourists and locals of the Grassmarket and beyond. Whether it’s lunch or an evening dinner, it is a great time to spend with friends or family while enjoying the long summer evenings. Our menu is packed full of Irish classics and pub favourites such as the homemade steak pie or the triple deck chicken, bacon & lettuce sandwich complete with a fried egg and fries. Looking for something a little lighter? Our superfood salad features quinoa, red rice and roasted butternut squash with a honey mustard dressing.
Paddock is open from midday and is first come first serve.
